No unnecessary person, group, or organization will be allowed to access such data. Board members may be given information on the names of donors, donor history and the amount of gifts if needed to fulfill their responsibilities as Directors of the organization. All Board members and staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of donor information.

d) Opting Out of Mailings and Solicitations; HSEF contacts donors through direct mail, e-mail, and by phone. Any donor may request that the Foundation remove them from the HSEF mailing list and/or specify the preferred method of contact.  Donors should notify the Foundation via email via hsefoundation@hse.k12.in.us.
