Office Manager Position Description 2016 (Click for Description)
The Office Manager is a part-time non-exempt position reporting to the Executive Director. This position is primarily responsible for advancing the Foundation mission is to enhance educational opportunities, inspire excellence and engage the community to foster a legacy of support through administrative functions including database management. The position may involve some evening and weekend work.
Philanthropy Internship Description (Click for Description)
The Philanthropy Internship is designed to expose future industry leaders to a wide range of not for profit experiences and learning opportunities by working with the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Foundation. Our mission is to enhance educational opportunities, inspire excellence and engage the community to foster a legacy of support. The foundation serves the Hamilton Southeastern public school community which is comprised of 21 schools and nearly 21,000 students.
This position is part-time in compliance with school and/or credit requirements and may involve some evening and weekend work. HSSF is located in Fishers, IN (near 37 and 126), telecommuting options may be available.
Volunteers, Internships and Service Hours
The Foundation can also supports a variety of other community service opportunities. Community leaders, parents, and businesses donate hundreds of volunteer hours each year in the areas of event planning, professional writing, marketing, and general administrative support.
Custom internships for high school, undergraduate, or graduate level work are available in the areas of marketing, business, event management, video production, etc.
Last, we offer service hour opportunities ranging from basic labor like filing to project based experiences.
